Dragut Point South Hotel

The hotel is very nice. High level of care and cleanliness in it. The service is really nice and friendly, the only downside is that it is difficult to communicate with some in English, but despite this it does not make things difficult. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The location is also fine in my opinion, close to the center. The food is very good, everyone will find something for themselves, but I miss more fruit. To sum up, I rate the visit to the hotel at a very high level. I will gladly come back here again.

It is so lucky it is getting 1 star. All inclusive? More like nothing!! Nothing positive on this. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. In a space of 2 days we have reported multiple incidents. Room: We started off by arriving early hours of a Tuesday morning, by having a great and smooth journey from the UK. It took us 4 hours to check into a room. Because staff were constantly argumentative. When we checked in. Our room was full of Hair, our balcony door was broken, and it looked like someone had taken a chunk out of the lampshade above our wall. There seems to be blood on the bathroom mirror, and it looks like it’s not been cleaned properly. The bath and shower and toilet is functional. Someone, and I don’t know who if it was a staff, entered OUR ROOM at 9:45 am when we were still sleeping, we all heard it and we dared to make a move, because we didn’t know if we were going to be robbed, or cleaning, if it was cleaning… not great… staff should know better! Food and Drink: We arrived for breakfast, and I tell you now, nothing is lab-bled , so you don’t know what’s in it, the coffee looks like sewage water. The lunch is so minimal, I’ve had to eat raw chicken and found an actual flower stem in my soup. I was annoyed at this rate, and kicked off rightly so to the head chef, or what appeared to be. The evening dinner is pretty awful, it looks like poo. It’s the same food every day. Don’t waste your time. The drinks that is advertised at the pool bar, is Coke, Fanta, Sprite. No. It is very bitter cheap orange, not even soda or fizzy. The coke is some pomegranate juice. And the sprite isn’t even lemonade. Staff: Staff are extremely rude. When we first arrived, as mentioned, took us 4 hours, they managed to put us in a different hotel, but then started lying saying they’re available rooms? When there wasn’t?? Why would you lie?? They told us to speak up and to fix our English, even though they have no translator app or website. Staff at reception understand what your issues are… but then don’t fix them!! They do not understand autism from 2 members of our party. Not a member of staff, but… One of the Boat reps told one of the Cats (riddled with all sorts of diseases as you’d imagine) to attack one of our members in our party. Disgusting behaviour from a middle aged man. Don’t invite the cats over yourself, especially with food, you’d spend a day in hospital. Entertainment: Bingo, that is it. Which is good, but not enough! As we promised. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money!!!!!!

Very disappointing experience overall. The hotel was nothing like advertised — the rooms were outdated, poorly cleaned, and smelled musty. The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning barely worked. Staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, making the whole stay feel unpleasant. The noise levels were unbearable at night, and basic amenities were either broken or missing. For the price we paid, the quality and service were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
