Just spent two nights and was really impressed. We stayed in room 19 which was huge and very elegant. The bathroom very clean and love the marble. Staff very friendly and helpful, they got you anything you needed, and recommend nice places to eat. Breakfast was lovely. Couldn't fault anything. Excellent location. Will definitely stay again.
Stayed 2 nights, all staff friendly and happy nothing too much trouble. We had breakfast rolls first morning which we took to go as had to be out early to go to Devonport, had breakfast 2nd day in Restaurant had the eggs florentine (perfect eggs) and hubby had full English both enjoyed our food, cereals etc on offer also. Room was lovely, clean and spacious we had no noise either and slept through, when we next go to Plymouth we would stay again and would highly recommend staying
Stayed for two nights for a friends funeral. Room was great. Huge. Breakfast was great. All the staff we dealt with were brilliant. Parking at the back was a challenge. All in all, top notch.
