Dream Castle Hotel Marne La Vallee

Calling this hotel 4 star is a misnomer. It should be either 1 or 2 stars. The location is fine for those interested in Disneyland. Looks can be deceptive because when you enter the lobby you feel this is a good place to stay. However the actual fact is totally different. We were given one of the worst room where even the toilets had not been flushed. It is good they agreed to change it. Service is non existent and as is the culture here, rudeness takes priority. The staff are either totally disinterested or cannot cope up. A lesson well learnt never to stay here.

Don’t open the Window!!! During our recent stay at Dream Castle for 3 nights, our overall experience was very good. The location near the parks and shopping outlet was great, and the free coach service between the park and the hotels was very reliable. However, I must bring to your attention a safety issue we encountered. When my wife opened the hotel room window on the morning of our departure, the window fell on her upper arm, causing bruising and swelling. Upon inspection, it appears that a bracket at the top of the frame had snapped. We consider ourselves fortunate that it was not my daughter opening the window at the time. I immediately reported the incident to reception, and I was assured that a maintenance person would attend to it as soon as possible. However, after waiting for 20 minutes without any sign of assistance, we had to depart. I have also sent an email regarding this incident to the hotel, but unfortunately, I have not received a response yet.

Such a mediocre experience. The breakfast is lame and not many options or variation. The free shuttle buses to and from the Disney park is disgusting. Not frequent enough buses for the amount of guests. My Mother is disabled and has been squished and almost trampled on. People rushing and not giving up the disabled seat for her. Wifi is awful and reception staff told me that their system is weak and needs an upgrade and that we will just have adjust while the hotel owner is happily taking peoples money and providing nonsense to everyone. Shower head hose is old and needs replaying. There is more water spouting out of the crack in the hose than water coming from the shower head. Cleaners are hopeless and don't clean properly. They forgot to replace our used hand towels and didn't replace the sugar or tea bags. This hotel is a joke
