🚫 THE WORST HOTEL EVER! 🚫 I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one takes the crown for being the absolute worst. Pool closes at 5 PM (seriously?!), and on Sundays it’s completely closed. Housekeeping came, started cleaning… then just left without finishing. Their excuse? “Call reception, my shift ends at 6.” Check-out was a whole drama with so many unnecessary demands. Save yourself the headache. Terrible service, zero value for money. ❌ Don’t just think twice — DON’T BOOK AT ALL! ❌

Very bad experience. Parking was not free, even though we booked in advance. Staff were rude — the receptionist hung up on me before I finished talking. The bathroom had insects, and we weren’t given tissues unless we used everything first. Every little thing cost extra. We were a family with kids, but they put drunk people and girls from the nightclub next to our room. The noise was loud all night and even in the early morning. One staff member even told my aunt “not my problem” when she spoke to him politely. Not family-friendly at all. Would not recommend.

This company is my tenant and currently rents one of my properties. Unfortunately, they issued a bounced cheque. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved, and I have reported the matter to Dubai Police. If you are a landlord considering working with this company, I recommend proceeding with caution and taking this review into account before making any agreements. Update: The hotel’s response is not only inaccurate but also deeply concerning. I have clear and documented evidence of the tenancy agreement and the dishonoured cheque issued by this company. Denying the existence of a legal and financial relationship in the face of such evidence is misleading and unacceptable. If these false claims and public denials continue, I will not hesitate to consider legal action to protect my reputation and hold the responsible parties accountable. My original review remains a truthful account based on direct and verifiable experience as the property owner.
