This was our second stay at this hotel. The things that scared me the most were the comments about insects in the rooms, but we didn't encounter any. The most common insect in the hotel was ladybugs, but that didn't bother us either. You probably won't like it when you first enter your room, but they're helpful in changing them. The lack of mosquito nets in the rooms was our biggest problem; at least not in our room. We had to sleep with the air conditioning on. The food was okay; you don't go hungry, but you can't enjoy it either. There are a few hygiene issues with the plates, forks, etc. The most comfortable meals were breakfast and snacks. When we first arrived, it was September, so it was quiet, so we were fooled by that. Unfortunately, it gets very crowded unless you're a family with children. The Turkish coffee is incredibly overpriced. I don't want to criticize children, but they can't make it. The cups are so small you pay for your coffee, take two sips, and it's gone. Overall, we were satisfied and didn't experience any major problems. The hotel's location is excellent if you have a car, half an hour and forty minutes from Altınoluk and Ayvalık. If you've stayed in very nice hotels, you won't be satisfied, but if you're a middle-class family with children and just looking for a vacation, you might consider this hotel. I can't say we were able to relax, but we were able to rest our bodies. Unfortunately, we won't be choosing this hotel again.

We checked into the hotel yesterday, but we'd only been to the beach for an hour when a fire started next door. Our five children, aged 13-15, were walking on the beach and were caught in the blaze. One even started vomiting from smoke inhalation. Still reeling from the tragedy that had occurred during the semester break, we quickly left the hotel. (By the way, there was absolutely no fire extinguisher in the room area; I was so panicked I was clinging to it as I went to the room.) There was an incredibly strong wind, and the dry grass hadn't been cleared. The hotel's escape route was extremely narrow. A hotel employee was yelling that the fire was about to spread to the kitchen. Our children were terrified, so we couldn't stay. We had to check out within two hours of arriving. However, the hotel refused to accept any refunds, claiming there was no problem with us. The hotel, which had been destroyed by ETS, was also being sold by ETS. It seems human life is so insignificant, and no one has learned anything from what happened. I absolutely don't think this hotel was inspected. The fire was caused by a discarded cigarette butt, and it spread due to the dry grass. The hotel could have at least taken precautions and had the grass cleared. The flames spread to the third floor of the building opposite. We witnessed all of this, and we were traveling with seven children. We were more concerned about our children's safety than our own. Why else would we return on the same day? I'd also like to specifically address ETS. I'm curious how a company like yours manages to sell such a hotel. You have no goal other than making money. You don't care whether the hotel is safe or not, whether inspections have been conducted or not. I wanted to mention these things specifically so that you could please consider this hotel carefully.
