Dream Inn Dubai 48 Burj Gate Penthouse

I deeply regret my decision to book with Dream Inn Apartments at Downtown Tower 3. While the apartment itself is nice, the service and hospitality from your team are utterly unacceptable. I am on my 5th day of a 9-day stay, and the internet service was suddenly disconnected. Upon contacting your representative, I received a dismissive and unprofessional response stating that nothing could be done until the next day. To make matters worse, he acknowledged that this issue happens every month due to payment renewals—a problem your team is evidently aware of but has failed to address proactively. This is absolutely unacceptable for a service meant to provide comfort and convenience to guests. Your negligence in resolving known issues beforehand is unprofessional, and your representative’s attitude further reflects the poor quality of customer care your company provides. I strongly discourage anyone from booking with Dream Inn Apartments. While the property may look appealing, the poor service and dismissive attitude make it an experience not worth repeating. I regret trusting your brand, and I will never recommend your services to anyone.

Very disappointing! They cancelled our booking same day of our checked in. We reserved and paid the room already beforehand but they cancelled same time we are here to check in. No one is assisting also in reception or even the higher management telling they can not do anything as the room we paid have already guests inside. Its a bulls*** .why they cancelled a room which is reserved and paid already and gave to someone else? Not recommending any Dream Inn Apartment to anyone. Its totally disappointing.

Very disappointing . The company charges you the whole amount prior to your arrival . Then 3 days before your arrival they cancel the booking without any explanation. They do not refund you money . They do not reply on emails.
