This was such a great hotel! Rooms were comfortable and accommodating. Location was far enough from Broadway to feel peaceful, but close enough if you’re into that sort of thing. Pro tip - plan ahead because valet takes at least 20 minutes to retrieve your car.
Elijah was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I pulled in, he greeted me with a warm, professional attitude and made the entire valet experience seamless. He handled my car with care, was quick yet thorough, and even took the time to offer directions and answer a few questions I had. It’s rare to find someone who is not only efficient but also genuinely courteous and personable. Elijah truly went above and beyond — excellent service all around. Highly recommend!
Zach Riven in valet was great!! Great conversationalist and prompt service. Jackie in valet was also very kind and hospitable. Wallace at the front desk was very hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. All our love from Arizona and North Dakota!!
