Dream Suites was a delight to stay at! Their self service hotel is innovative and ensures maximum security and privacy. Their hotel design is modern, clean and sophisticated. I was able to work, rest and recharge during my entire stay at Dream Suites. David, from the Dream Suites team is very accommodating and made my stay even more welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend and would book again!
Update 2: Eventually I was able to get my payment refunded. Dreamsuites did make things right in the end. It seems the establishment is now temporarily out of business. Update: Im delayed in this update, however I didn't some to a satisfactory resolution with Dream Suites and Expedia. The trouble seems to have been DreamSuites was closed and not taking reservations but had not communicated this to various third party bookers. From this regard I'll put service at a 3 star rating as once I got in touch with a decision maker things moved smoothly. --- Edit: To Owner ; there is no means to DM you through this app. I called your number again, the answering service is only able to pass on a message to your property management branch. Reservations were made via Expedia, it seems there is still an issue with your 3rd party communication. After reading reviews which identified this issue a year ago, I hoped this wouldn't be an issue. Please check your answering service for my contact information. -- This review is based on service received (or lack there of). I booked a weekend stay at their hotel for May as business brings me to the area, I've been attempting to confirm the reservation with them over the last 3 weeks. I do this with all hotels, especially new ones to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. When you call their phone number, the person on the other side is not part of the hotel team and unable to assist. Promises to call back or to be connected with the correct people never happen. Emails are not responded too and the website booking app no longer works. So far, this organization is quick to charge my credit card but unable to provide any confirmations or information. Something to note; When you call the number on their website there is no one of authority to speak with, only an answering service. The self-serve idea of this 'hotel' can work but someone with some authority should be available via phone or at least extra diligent by responding to messages left with the answering service.
THIS IS A “SELF-SERVICE HOTEL” WITH NO RECEPTION! THEY DON’T ADVERTISE THAT, PRESUMABLY AS THEY KNOW WHAT AN AWFUL IDEA IT IS. They lost my reservation, despite my having the number and multiple e-mails from them. I had to spend almost an hour faffing around with some lady via a call box. They then tried to charge me more than agreed and required significant additional paperwork. ADDED AFTER OWNER'S REPLY: Management apologizes for my issue, which I appreciate. They claim this will not happen with future guests, which I hope you appreciate. They also refunded their mistaken multiple-charge, which is what I'd expect. In token of that, I've updated my review. On the the hand, it is claimed that the error with my reservation was due to a "third party Booking platform". This I do not accept and view as buck-passing. I had multiple contacts by both e-mail and phone from people claiming to represent the hotel itself and not any third party and who had knowledge of my booking. By any reasonable standard, the hotel itself was aware of my reservation and should have honored it without problem. I travel for work and frequently stay in hotels. I don't expect perfection – I understand that, rarely, there will be some problem with a reservation, be it on the part of the hotel, a booking service, or myself. In all other cases, the people at the check-in desk solved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. The problem I had here is that this hotel has nobody on-site, did not tell me so, and as a result their means for fixing their error was slow, aggravating, and far from satisfactory.
