Dream Water World

Rooms are too small for family 2+2. Water slides are cool but only opened 10-12 and 14-17. Swimming pools are ok but the same olives I’ve seen on the bottom on frost the were there ale on my last day. Hotel prefers Germans which is viable on every corner and that is unacceptable. People are smoking everywhere, during diner, in the pools, just everywhere. Food is decent, lots of good stuff but you need to stand some time in line to get something. Evening programs are the same as any other hotel. Drinks are average, if you find a good bartender/waiter they you might get a quality drink. Overall I’m rather dissatisfied and disappointed with the hotel. Even my kids were disgusted and tired of all the people smoking and behaving like they have never seen food in their life, and hotel staff didn’t care about us.

We spent 10 days at Dream Water World and although the resort looks nice from the outside, our overall experience was very negative. The biggest issue was the staff – rude, unprofessional, and often outright unpleasant. Sadly, there was a clear bias in favor of German guests. If you’re not German, you’re treated as a second-class guest. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English and makes no effort to communicate. Many times we were ignored or dismissed with a shrug. The pools were dirty, often with visible floating debris. Guests smoked and drank alcohol inside the pools, and we even saw drinks being poured directly into the water. The staff did nothing to stop it. Our baby got sick during the stay – the doctor diagnosed the rash she developed from the pool as a bacterial infection, most likely from the pool water. All of our children were sick with fever, rushes etc.! Entertainment was very poor and entirely focused on German tourists – all announcements and shows were in German only, and there was no effort to include anyone else. At 11 PM, music was automatically turned off and lights in the common areas were shut down, seemingly to push people to go to their rooms even if they were quietly chatting. Bar service was another low point – the staff acted like they were being forced to work, refused to serve certain drinks, and were generally unpleasant. The cocktails does not looked nice and tasted good. Food was ok. We returned home deeply disappointed and with bad memories. This is definitely not a hotel we would return to, and we do not recommend it to anyone expecting respect, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.

WORST HOTEL EVER AC not working for 7 days. Boiling hot they don’t want to switch rooms aswell making up lies saying everyone’s is hot that’s why but I had 3 rooms all cold apart from 1 and then the food is rubbish workers attitude disgusting and smells atrocious: better off staying at a motel. Smells of waste. This Maria lady at the reception would take pictures of us secretly and talk bad about you in her language with other colleagues. Also pieces of the door fall of randomly like this hotel is still being built. It should never have opened in the first place. Only nice people were the cleaners for the rooms.
