Stayed in June. Our host was exceptionally accommodating and helped us out when our plug adapter didn’t work. Good connections into Venice with the bus right outside, breakfast was lovely in a nice restaurant round the corner. Not too much in the vicinity for dinner but Venice is nearby.

Great place for the price. We were met by an amazing person working who is extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us local transport tips and advice. The location is beside a bus stop that brings you into metro Venice and beside many restaurants and grocery stores. Also there is a bus that runs right to the Marco Polo airport from here too. The BNB has more of a hostel feel as there are many rooms and two shared bathrooms. However the bathrooms are very clean and modern. The rooms have locks with very comfortable pillows however the beds need an upgrade.

We stayed here 5 nights as flights were cheap and it was reasonably priced. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathrooms, though shared, were also mostly clean. Unfortunately we were badly bitten by either a bedbug or mosquito for 3 nights in a row. Additionally, other guests seemed not to understand that making lots of noise after 11pm is rude, and on our last night we had to tell the host, who was checking people in, to ask them to be more quiet as it was nearly 1am. There also seemed to be a child of one of the people working there who was loud in the morning, waking us up. The walls are very thin in this apartment... The location is handy to get to Venice but we would not stay again. Also their card machine was broken, which was annoying when paying. they did recommend some good places to eat though.
