I visited your buffet restaurant—it was just okay, but I’m not happy with the service. Staff were standing in corners, busy chatting, and no one checked on guest needs. It took 15 minutes to get water during lunch. No one assisted guests, and some even sat at my table. Certain tables got special attention while others were ignored. Overall, very poor service and disappointing experience.
The Dreamliner used to be a grand hotel, but not anymore, I’m sorry to say. Maintenance is poor, we did not have hot water in our rooms, service is okay, but just, and the food in the dinner buffet was cold. The was very friendly and the Indian restaurant next door is great. , but all in all disappointing.
The food served at the hotel was extremely disappointing. Meals were often bland, unappealing, and did not meet basic standards. On one occasion, I found a hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable for any reputable hotel. After this experience, I lost trust in the kitchen's hygiene standards The service provided by the hotel staff was unprofessional and at times outright rude. Requests were ignored or met with a dismissive attitude, and several staff members seemed uninterested in helping guests. Often, I felt like I was being a bother just for asking simple questions or needing basic assistance The receptionists and restaurant staff lacked basic customer service skills, making my stay uncomfortable. There was little attention to detail and almost no effort to accommodate reasonable guest requests The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. It barely worked in my room, and even in common areas the connection was weak and unreliable. For a hotel in this price range, this is unacceptable, especially for guests who need to work or stay connected during their visit
