Dreams Bahia Mita Surf and Spa All Inclusive

The hotel is amazing in every aspect. There are 2 sides to the hotel, dreams and secrets, dreams for families with kids underage and secrets for childless couples/people.The food is delicious expect the breakfast buffet was decent for a hotel but for the price, it could be better. Stunning views, rooms, and service from EVERYONE in the vicinity of the hotel, they are there at your every needs and are kind and respectful at all moments; also very professional but sometimes have a small but good sense of humor that's respectful. The rooms are pretty and modern. The doors in the bathroom for the toilet and rainfall head shower are glass with a nonsee through white film but have no locks. The rooms do have a mini jacuzzi, a sofa couch, and complimentary snacks and drinks. The beach from the first time I came here 2 years ago has eroded a bit, more rocks, and you could walk across the whole beach that was connected to other hotels, but now the ocean is much closer and high tides don't help it, and here's also lots of seaweed. But still a great view and a relaxing sound from the waves. Overall a great experience, is recommendable to anyone no doubt.

I cannot say enough great things about this resort. The food was delicious and the hotel was kept very clean but it was the staff that was exceptional!! Antonio on the Secrets side pool area was so attentive and just a pleasure to talk to. The entertainment staff was just amazing and really did a great job with all of the activities. The rock show on our last night was so great!! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone!!

We stayed at this hotel last month, being our first time at a Dreams, since we usually go for Secrets. The hotel and the grounds are beautiful and in a peaceful and quiet location. Both Dreams and Secrets are on the same property and they share the spa. Check in is not organized and the staff does not pay attention as to who is next and who is waiting to be taken care of. We felt neglected and started on the wrong foot. The room is beautiful, nicely decorated, vlean,comfortable, has good lighting, mini bar, coffee and toiletries. We got ocean view and a tub, so it was a nice touch for our upgrade. There is a coffee shop with some snacks and desserts. Staff is not as friendly. There are a various restaurants to try and some are open during certain days. Make sure you check and if you download the app, you are able to check the menus, hours and do room service. You can request other things as well or check daily activities. The beach is small but nice, a couple of pools and a couple of bars. We enjoyed a bit of everything. The spa is wonderful! We got massages, the hydrotherapy circuit and it was worth it! Overall, a good experience and it helped us unwind and relax.
