Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa All Inclusive

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Cap Cana! The service was exceptional, and we want to give special shout-outs to some of the amazing staff who made our trip unforgettable. Coca Cola from the entertainment team was absolutely the best so full of energy and kept everyone laughing and engaged all day long. Germán, the bellhop, was super helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived, and Santiago, our waiter, provided excellent service with a warm and welcoming attitude. The food was amazing so many delicious options, beautifully presented, and something for everyone to enjoy. Our room was clean and very spacious, which we loved. The only downside was that we had some issues with the air conditioning. We had to call the front desk twice, but they responded quickly each time and sent someone to fix it. Overall, we had a great experience, and the staff’s friendliness and dedication really stood out. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dreams Cap Cana. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is extremely clean and immaculate. Despite the number of guests, the staff are always attentive and take great care of the entire property—it truly looks beautiful everywhere you go. One of the highlights of our stay was the live entertainment. I believe entertainment makes or breaks a hotel experience, and here it was absolutely exceptional. Jose and Charlie lead the entertainment team with such passion and energy—it’s clear they give their all. I especially loved Jose’s smile and vibrant energy; he’s incredible at what he does. The dancers and staff around the pool constantly engage guests and make sure everyone is having fun and participating in activities. They do an amazing job keeping the energy alive and inclusive. The restaurant staff also deserve high praise. Franklin, who attended to us during my husband’s birthday dinner, made the evening truly special and memorable. Every employee we encountered was kind, professional, and went out of their way to ensure everything was seamless and enjoyable. I also want to highlight Vidal, the resident singer, whose great energy, beautiful voice, and engaging shows added so much to the experience. Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to our concierge, Eudomar. He made our stay unforgettable by always being reachable, arranging a late checkout for us, and celebrating my husband’s birthday with a beautifully decorated room. He truly went above and beyond. Dreams Cap Cana exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return
