Dreams Cozumel Cape Resort & Spa All Inclusive

The rooms were nice, we had a beachfront swim out. The beach attendant was spectacular and kept us in drinks and food. The food was ok, not the best. The room service was very hard to get ahold of and long wait times for delivery. However, once delivered, it was fresh and hot. But did I mention it very hard to get ahold of, especially over the weekend. Spectacular views of the ocean from the room,crystal clear and amazing blue color! Very calm waters,great place for little ones to swim, only wave are from passing boats.

This has to be the least impressive resort I've ever visited. There is no entertainment. Not much to do.The TV channels are all in Spanish. They don't provide top shelf liquor. The food is mediocre and small servings. The buffets are few and not many items to choose from. Also, the food menu is pretty much the same at all restaurants. Not a good variety of food. Not what im used to at all. Plus, they lost power for a few hours, No Air nowhere and not enough candles for the tables. People were using the flashlights on their phone. The best thing is the bathroom it has a huge shower and glass doors. 😊 I wont be back.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and all the adults were ready to leave after 2 days. I read the reviews before we booked and they were so mixed it could have went either way. So I’m here to tell everyone, PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Waiting service was terrible at every restaurant there. It’s almost as if it was a self serve, but nowhere to serve yourself. There are no fountain drinks. Everything comes from a can or bottle so drinks taste flat when they’re served to you. Don’t worry about getting another one. You’ll probably be ready to leave after only seeing your server once. Every time we attended a scheduled event, it was delayed about an hour. NOTHING was on time. We were “preferred members” but don’t let it fool you because everyone got the same treatment. We just paid more. Room service had the best food. The pool was literally cold as ice. There was no entertainment at the pool. This place was definitely not worth the price we paid and we will not be going back.
