Dreams Jade Resort & Spa All Inclusive

We had an incredible time at Dreams Jade! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautifully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun, making it the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. All of the restaurants were outstanding, but the hibachi experience was hands-down my favorite—great energy, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere. The location is also ideal—just a short distance from the swim-with-dolphins area, which was a huge plus for us. Our room was spacious and clean, and the jacuzzi on the balcony made it feel extra luxurious. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Great place! Everything we wanted. Easy to go to restaurants. Plenty of pools and lounge chairs. Room was really nice. One problem, we get up later, and breakfast buffet ran out of a lot of things, closes at 11:00. But the Coco Cafe is the hidden food gem. We also found room service great. Dos XX beer everywhere, but Coors Light only with room service. We ordered the night before and took cold ones from our room. Drinks were not watered down. Would go back again, HOWEVER, if you research Cancun beaches, seaweed is bad certain times of year. They tried to clean it everyday, but there was so much. Beach lounge chairs and palm shades were plenty. Very clean everywhere, staff very polite. Room AC was good. Bathroom was nicer than my home. Not a lot of kids, but they are welcome. I could keep going on. Didn’t need pants in restaurants, but the buffet did not allow my sleeveless shirt. Great place.

We stayed here June 13 - 17, 2025. The preferred club was excellent. Fast check in, better alcohol, private preferred club pool. The resort was clean and quit beautiful. The staff were excellent. Carlos (our concierge) was great and knowledgeable. The food was good overall but the French restaurant on site was amazing. The room was great size for 2. They asked us what we would prefer in our refrigerator and accommodated it immediately. There was the seaweed though. Lots of seaweed. The beach is unusable at this time of year. Just FYI The pool was a blast though. Overall we liked it and look forward to coming back, hopefully in March/April when we were told there is no seaweed. We will do our research. Side note: if you book anything through Amstar ask for Luis, great guy.
