Dreams Natura Resort & Spa All Inclusive

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are beautiful; however far from the city or any other beaches. All staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The pools were nice and always found at least one or two loungers to use. The app was convenient to look up the activities for the day, restaurant menus, and booking reservations. Unfortunately, a lot of the restaurants didn’t have availability and you can only reserve on the app and not in person. The Buffett had a variety of foods and each night was different. It was nice not having to wear a bracelet and only had to give staff your room number when going to eat. The resort spa was an absolute highlight! It is very tranquil. It looks like a cave and offered a variety of services. The staff were amazing!

We enjoyed our stay at Dreams Natura as a family of 4 this July but feel there were some small things that could have been so much better. We emailed ahead to explain it was our honeymoon, Monica said she would put a note on our booking for check in and also some wine in the room etc, this did not happen. The rooms are quite damp, restaurants are not well air conditioned, service is good, Alfredo in the Mexican restaurant was amazing however some staff are really rude. More staff needed on the pool bar, it got quite fraught and annoying when just one barman and he ignores you multiple times. Food is lovely, as are the drinks. We hired a car or you could be paying a lot for a taxi, the resort is 10 mins from the highway. Overall a great holiday for us, just feel the hotel could do so much better.

We go to a Secrets resort and a Dreams resort 2x per year for the past 20 years. This resort was extremely disappointing. While the room was amazing the service was awful. The food was terrible as well. I got a piece of moldy bread and they told me it was how the bread was supposed to be. When they make the burgers they continually smash them and not in the good smash burger way. After they burn them they dig into the middle to make sure they are completely dried out. They also had a wedding and asked that everyone leave the pool. We also got the butler service and Estrella was terrible. We have seen her once and had no idea how to make dinner reservations. While the restaurants were empty they would make us wait hours and told all restaurants were fully booked so we could only eat at 5pm or 9:30pm. When we brought this up Oscar told us to download and App and do it ourselves. Finally, the preferred club never actually had top shelf liquor. They would have one bottle of Grey Goose and run out shortly. Do not go here. There are several better options.
