Loved our stay at Dreams. Few things to improve is the poolside dirt and chair grime. Also, throughout the day someone hoseing off the chairs would be great. Also, providing better lunch options as well. Other than that loved our stay the staff was Amazing!!

This is not a 5 star or 4 star hotel, this truly a 3 star stay. Unfortunately, mostly all of the other guests shared the same sentiments with me that their experience was lackluster. There were only 2 restaurants open during my 5 day stay. The liquor was extremely watered down. I will say the staff seemed to be nice and tried their best, but they are on island time. My room was terrible. I only had one working outlet. The water in the room never got hot and things were peeling around the room; the towels are stiff, my room phone didn’t work. Room service takes over 2 hours. The food was not good. No fresh waffles or eggs prepared daily and they said it was because there weren’t enough people to do it. Multiple things could be said, but trust the reviews!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Panama 🇵🇦 is a vibe—but Dreams Playa Bonita is NOT it. Let me start by saying Panama as a country is amazing. The culture, the people, the energy—beautiful. But this resort? A total letdown. Some of the staff were genuinely kind and tried to make things better, and I appreciate them. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The resort itself was in terrible condition. Our room had bug issues and leaks. Not a small drip—actual water running down walls. Housekeeping seemed rushed and the room was never truly clean. Basic cleanliness shouldn’t be optional. The food? Awful. Low quality, often cold, and barely edible. We weren’t expecting five-star gourmet, but this was barely cafeteria-level—and that’s being generous. Options were limited, and sometimes things just ran out altogether. For an “all-inclusive,” this felt like the opposite. Pools had debris, towels were scarce, and the beach area was underwhelming and not kept up. There were weird smells in common areas, and even the elevators were unreliable. We paid way too much for the poor experience we were presented with. This resort markets itself as a luxury escape, but what you get is more like a rundown motel with a palm tree or two. Save your money. Stay somewhere else. Visit Panama—just not here.
