Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort All Inclusive

This was our second time returning to dreams and we absolutely love this resort. Super Mario (Mario our bartender) is top notch. We absolutely love him and he is what keeps us coming back! He is very friendly and even taught us his recipes for spicy margaritas. From preparing us drinks without having to wave him down, to teaching us his ways- he is the best! The rooms are also very updated and modern. Secrets next door is under construction, but it isn’t bothersome as they are only loud during normal business hours. The food is great, I’m a food snob and don’t have anything to complain about. We walked into every restaurant with little to no wait and had great service.

We got married here in April 2025 and we (plus our guests) had a blast the entire week we were there. The resort was beautiful and all staff members were friendly and accommodating. It's located in a gated community of other resorts so guests feel very safe during their stay. I highly recommend this resort.

The customer service, the facilities, the location are remarkable! Beautiful and well kept. Staff at all level friendly and helpful. The bad part is the food. Numerous people staying at resort came down with stomach bug/food poisoning. Even without it getting you sick, the best rating of their food is that it's okay. I lost four days of vacation while I was there, sick, dealing with several digestive issues. Great location but will not return due to the food issues.
