Dreams Sands Cancun

My family of 10 visited the resort mid June 2025. We had a blast! Service was at lounge area was superb. Not sure of names but I believe it was Lucinda and Margaret American spelled, regardless these ladies were excellent at their jobs. Made our stay enjoyable everyday. The resort was lively and had great entertainment. The rooms were just okay but we were barely in them. My only negative was the elevators were so slow. Thanks for a great time, J Family.

This was my first experience in Cancun. Dreams Sands was stunning. The service was wonderful from the start. Greeted at the door by a personal concierge then taken to the VIP lounge. (worth the extra few bucks) There were a few special staff that paid extra attention to us, Gerson by the beach who never let our drinks go warm, always offering water too, Gustavo who made sure I had a chair with a good umbrella daily. Marge at the spa whose hands have cured me of months of stress. So many great entertainers, good food with a great variety. The service was top notch. Housekeeping, room service, beach service and every restaurant was perfect. We will be back

First time at an all inclusive resort and loved everything about it. Service is excellent, food delicious, rooms were great. The pool guys were great always having my chairs and towels ready for me at the beach also the guys at the bar we great! Never wanted for anything. I will definitely be back!
