Classic Bhutanese architecture of the hotel building and rooms. Extremely beautiful! It was my first time in Bhutan and did not know what to expect. The staff team was very pleasant. The location is excellent. It is in the center of the town. There are all shorts of shops, restaurants around the hotel. The hotel itself serves good food.
A very good hotel in central Thimphu.Very courteous staff.Good breakfast buffet.Well maintained. Because of the central location and night clubs in vicinity, the noise can be detrimental to sleep uptil early morning hours, especially the corner rooms.,I stayed in room no.110.Only regret is that' the staff should have informed about this before hand.
This place is fine, but don’t expect anything to actually work. Our room - electricity card slot was temperamental, no room service menu, no spa information (which took 3 phone calls and a staff visit to get), remote control broken and missing batteries etc etc. Staff just mostly seem confused. Centrally located.
