Brilliant stay at Hotel Du Col Sestriere with Crystal Ski! The staff were truly exceptional - going above and beyond to make our stay special. They even specially prepared custom meals for me in the evenings and provided extra options at breakfast to accommodate dietary needs. Marcelo the manager is an absolute delight who made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The entire team creates this wonderful family atmosphere that makes you instantly comfortable. Food was excellent - fresh, home-cooked with plenty of variety changing each day, which makes the negative reviews elsewhere puzzling. Perfect ski-in/ski-out location saves so much time and effort. Rooms were super clean with attentive daily housekeeping, and finding lovely warm boots every morning was a treat. The Crystal website photos really don't do this charming place justice at all. Bar area was great with fun activities like the quiz night. Excellent value for money - we genuinely can't recommend Hotel Du Col Sestriere enough for your ski holiday!

Loved Hotel Du Col Sestriere! Amazing staff (especially both the Marcelo’s) who made us feel like family. Great food with plenty of options for dietary needs. Perfect ski-in/ski-out spot. Clean rooms, warm boots every morning! Fun bar with quiz nights. Way better than the website photos show. Fantastic value - would definitely recommend for a ski trip!

The hotel is very outdated . The room was not too clean - no soap at the shower and the small soap at the sink looks used. The staff was not too friendly and we asked to leave the next day they did not agree to refund anything even though the hotel is fully booked . There is policy and there is a nice atmosphere and we did not get it here . They even said very good when we said we leave the next day .quite insulting
