Amazing staff! I showed up and to my horror I had booked for the wrong night. Luckily the kind staff moved my reservation to the right day. They were extremely friendly and kind to my situation. The room is also very clean and looks amazing! You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I had such a wonderful time during our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the service is exquisite!! The beds were so good we didn’t even want to leave the room. Very comfortable and roomy. Loved the design! Front desk department (Cristina, Baptiste and Geraldine were so helpful, friendly, and very inviting. I cannot wait to visit again.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and a level of service that truly made us feel like VIPs. We especially want to recognize Geraldine and Santiago at the front desk. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness elevated our entire experience. Geraldine made us feel instantly at home with her warm energy, and Santiago went above and beyond to make sure every request was handled with care and efficiency. They truly set the tone for our entire stay. Stephannie absolutely loved the pool deck—the view, the vibe, and the overall atmosphere were incredible. It felt like our own little escape right in the heart of Miami. The VIP touches we received throughout the stay made it even more memorable for both of us. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located, but it’s the people like Geraldine and Santiago that make Dua Hotel stand out.
