Good location, good service, we enjoyed our stay and the staff was always there if we needed anything. The rooms were fine even if there can be better. Fair place to stay according to your needs.
My dad and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel, in September. It was such a nice and quiet hotel. We arrived at 1 a.m. and they checked us in immediately. You can borrow any dishes you want from the kitchen. They cleaned our room every morning. Everything was as good as home. Thanks all :)
We went as a family of 6 to this hotel. The location of the hotel is situated in the old city. It is a 10 minute walk to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophie. The service on arrival was very good. Parking is provided which is needed as there is little to no parking in the old city. We left our bags in the hotel initially as we had arrived early. Our room was infested with ants. Ants were behinds beds and on the floor. We have sent this information back to the owner and we have had no response. We could not use 1 of the double rooms as the ants we everywhere which left us having 5 sleeping in one room. The room we booked was advertised as a 6 room however the dining table is suitable for 2 people. The kitchen was very small. Air con was not working in 1 of the bedroom. Stale water was left in the kettle which left a stench in the room. The bathroom was also small and not maintained properly. The toilet seat was loose and there was rust everywhere. Location was okay. However food options around are pretty dire. I would recommend people stay on the Asian side and then take the metro into the old town as on the Asian side food options are much better and cheaper. Overall the room was awful. It was unliveable to be honest. I would not recommend to anyone.
