I have been for a long stay for more than 30 days. All those days the stay made me felt as if I were in my home. The service rendered by the people in this hotel was up to the mark and appreciate much about their approaches. Especially Sodhyan, Atul and Ayush dealt with a friendly manner whom were always much helpful for doing the needs requested then and there. Overall I had a great stay.
Review of Stay (Check-in April 29, 2025) I checked in on April 29, 2025, after a 14-hour flight from Melbourne. A friend had booked my room in advance and let the hotel know I’d be arriving on a long-haul flight. As a travel-trade professional of ten years myself, I fully appreciate standard hotel policies—but the welcome I received was the worst I’ve ever experienced. When I arrived at 8:30 AM feeling unwell and concerned only about the early-check-in fee, the front-desk agent was dismissive and rude. I simply asked if there was a possibility of early check-in without an exorbitant charge; instead, I was treated as a nuisance rather than as a guest. While waiting in the lobby (and having dozed off due to my medication), a security officer abruptly jabbed the sofa next to my head and yelled that “sleeping here is not allowed.” Startled and disoriented, I woke to stares from everyone around me. The officer showed no apology, and her harsh manner triggered a migraine that has yet to subside. This behavior falls far short of acceptable hospitality standards. On my departure day, I was grateful to receive a late check-out extension until 1:30 PM. However, when I returned at 5:30 PM to collect my luggage and use the washroom, I encountered the worst restroom cleanliness I have ever seen. The facilities were clearly neglected and need immediate attention. Recommendations: Staff Training: Reception and security teams should receive retraining in courteous, guest-first service. Cleanliness Audit: Housekeeping must inspect and remediate all public washrooms to meet basic hygiene standards. Accountability: The security officer involved should be counselled on respectful guest interactions. I love my profession and believe in the power of hospitality to showcase a destination’s best. Sadly, this property undermines tourism’s promise of care and comfort. Immediate action is needed to restore both cleanliness and a welcoming spirit.
Awful service at the front desk by a staff named Atul, literally been shouted at by the guy in front of everyone for just asking a question twice so much so that the manager had to intervened and ask him to calm down. Never experienced a customer service like that ever in my life. I can’t believe they let this guy(Atul) run the front desk. Felt for my safety at one point the way he carried on shouting. Really disappointed and disrespectful. Security staff are nice though!
