This Hotel is exceptionally perfect for a family get away. It’s an all in one hotel. Service and staff were impeccable. I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and it felt like home. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, from swinging pools to beach. Kids club , gym , beach activities , Tennis. Breakfast was great. The whole outside setup is just beautiful. I really recommend this resort.

Disappointing Experience Despite Beautiful First Impressions At first, I was impressed by the beautiful photos and initial appearance of the hotel. However, my overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. The cleanliness of the outdoor areas left much to be desired. The sunbeds were very dirty, with visible bird droppings that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for some time. On the terrace, pieces of bread were lying around for hours without anyone taking notice, which reflected a general lack of care. In-room dining also lacked proper service: there was no option to leave trays outside the door, as the typical covered dishes were not used. This created inconvenience and a lack of hygiene. The pool's water quality should be checked—at the very least or for several reasons.... The room had an unpleasant, musty smell. While the service staff was friendly and tried their best, the overall quality control by management was clearly lacking. For these reasons, I do not consider this a 5-star experience. A 4-star rating would be far more appropriate based on this experience
