Very nice, clean hotel. Good location between airport and city center, with bus stops out front to fo in either direction. Offers buffet or continental breakfast in the restaurant for a fee. Beds were ok on the comfort level but I felt the pillows were a little hard. Also rooms don't have air conditioning, but a fan was provided in the room. Would stay here again if I was in the area.
A bit far from the main part of the city if you're walking. Reception can call a taxi for you or you could walk about an hour to the city. The room was clean. Beds neatly made. Fan included to help circulate the muggy air. The bar and grill was excellent! Extremely tasty food and drink options. They were able to make an off the menu drink. It gets busy at certain times of the day. Did not try the restaurant at the back of the hotel. Would imagine it to be just as nice.
We had a pleasant one-night stay at your hotel and appreciated the kindness of the service - thank you for that. However, we did want to share a small piece of feedback regarding the King room we booked. The photos shown during the booking process gave us a different impression of the room than what we experienced in person. Aside from the bed size, the overall room layout and features were just as a standard Double room, not as shown in the pictures during booking the King room. Had we seen more accurate images, we believe we would have better known what to expect and could have fully appreciated the room for what it was, rather than feeling a bit of initial disappointment. Thank you again for the hospitality - we hope this helps in improving future guests’ expectations and experiences.
