(+) spacious room. the hotel feels a bit tired but it's well maintained / cleaned. (+) easy check-in / check-out, very nice and helpful staff (+) location is just perfect, in the center of the city (+) great breakfast (+) great value for money Do try the Dubrovnik restaurant next door, great food.
Overall tolerable experience but with some downsides which should be fixed : huge and hard pillows,uncomfortable bed with bad matress ,some bedbugs and silver bugs in toilet ,stale and old food for breakfast. Ventilation broken and heating system making too much Noise. Hot water when you want cold in the tub.
