Ducale Lara

Arrived in Turkey for a dental visit, and was put up originally in not a very good hotel. Decided to move to Ducale Lara instead and did not regret it. Hotel is beautiful and staff were amazing. Hotel itself is huge with plenty of loungers etc around a massive pool. Area for kids and big kids alike, with large slides. We had a swim up room which was amazing, sun all day which meant you could relax in the room if you wanted. The hotel has a few different restaurants including the buffet restaurant. The buffet restaurant is massive with something for everyone. Food itself is beautiful, I had no issues with that at all. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking to stay in Antalya.

Our stay started with more than a 1-hour wait for our room, despite the check-in being supposed to be at 2 p.m. The food and the internet are excellent; everything else is very bad. The hotel has been renovated recently, but they fixed it in a very bad way. It seems time ran away, and they wanted to open it before the season started, as the finishing shows in the pictures. Most of the workers here are not professional and are always angry for no reason. Housekeeping is horrible; I have never seen such bad quality cleaning in any 5-star hotel before. Honestly, for such payments, we expected much better services. I don't recommend this hotel 👎

Read the whole review!! Very important. We are extremely disappointed with this hotel! Do not come here — it’s a total scam. They only care about taking your money, nothing else! There was a strong smell of mold, dirt on the walls, filthy bathrooms, very little food and not even good. The reception staff: 0/10. We had 9 rooms reserved and paid for! When we arrived at the reception, they told us they were fully booked and had no available rooms. We wasted an entire day at the reception trying to solve the situation, and they were laughing in our faces! It took them 7 hours just to put 3 families into one apartment with 3 rooms, and they promised that the next day they would give us our rooms. They did eventually give us some, but not the ones we had booked — and the bad smell is everywhere in the hotel! If we weren’t used to staying at actual luxury hotels every year, maybe we could understand — but this is definitely not a luxury hotel! Avoid this place at all costs — everyone should stay away from here!
