Nothing. It was actually very different than what I booked. The location was different that what it shows in this app. It was so dirty. Appliances were so rusty, but soooo rusty. The bathroom appliances were very old without any maintenance. And the whole room smells like sewage. I had to buy water to shower every day. Staff was so rude when I wanted some solutions Everything. The bed was so uncomfortable, the AC didn't work properly, the shower fell from the wall on my second day, I was only using it to rinse the sand from my feet. The smell is sewage was terrible. The towel are so synthetic that they didn't absorb the water. Don't even try usuing the stove. It's so rusty like they don't even care. No hot water, the water is so salty and smelly, I tried sitting on the sofa bed and I sank straight to the bottom. I had to change stay as soon as possible but they didn't refund my money. What a waste of money in a terrible experience. Also called, tropical suites and sol caribe.

This hotel was an absolute NIGHTMARE! I strongly urge you to stay far away from it. I was deceived into staying here—I had originally booked a room at La Tropicana, but upon arrival, I was told it was fully booked and was instead taken to this place against my will. It felt almost like being kidnapped. They demanded the same price I had paid for my original booking, even though the room was significantly worse. The room I was given was tiny, had no windows or terrace (unlike what I had booked), and was unbearably noisy. The walls were so thin that I could hear everything my neighbors did—some talked loudly and played music all night. The entire place reeked of nicotine, and there was even a gap in the wall that let in light from the adjacent room all night long. To make matters worse, a crying baby in another room was constantly woken up by the noise. It was an awful experience, and I barely slept. The next morning, they refused to return my passport unless I paid the full amount. This place is completely unacceptable—I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

The room was not clean upon arrival. For 9 days I could not get fresh towels. They charge you for power but you have to take their word about how much you used. The location is great, it was in the heart of the tourist area. Restaurants all around, clubs, beach and shops, pharmacy, barber.
