Ducato Di Oia

Ducati di Oia was hands down the best getaway we’ve ever had. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views at every turn. They serve breakfast right in your room so you can enjoy the scenery in comfort. They even provide free Netflix though honestly, with such beautiful sights outside, you won’t want to stay in! The only criticism I would have would be that they don’t have air conditioning in the bedroom which in the peak summer time can be very challenging. What truly makes this place exceptional is the service. The staff go above and beyond, arranging restaurant reservations, booking cabs, or assisting with anything you might need. A special mention to their manager, Anna, who made us feel as if we were visiting family rather than staying at a hotel. Her warmth and care elevated the entire experience.

Ducato Di Oia was an amazing stay. We were there 3 days ago and the service, views and rooms were great! We were treated with respect and Nadia (reception) gave us a warm welcome and and very hospitable. Thanks Nadia! :) Christy was great to us. He made sure breakfast came on time and we were taken care of. He was really friendly and looked after us during our stay. Overall great experience and would highly recommend anyone to go there and experience Oia at its best. Breathtaking views!

Absolutely beautiful rooms! This hotel was by far the highlight of all 5 that we stayed at during our trip. We had the room with a private hot tub outside, and we absolutely loved it. We did have to request to have it cleaned upon arrival, but no other issues with it. The steps might make accessibility an issue for some, however we knew what to expect when booking a hotel in Oia. The only issue that we had with our stay was with breakfast. When you arrive, staff will ask what time slot you want breakfast delivered, and if you are not one of the first few rooms to choose, you end up with a time slot that interferes with your plans. We ran into this issue twice before we caught on that we need to request our time earlier. The other issue we ran into was breakfast arriving on time. The breakfast timeslots were in 15 min intervals, and our breakfast consistently was delivered at least 20 min late daily. We ran into some issues being late for excursions because we were waiting on breakfast. Additionally, our orders were not always correct, and the coffee was always subpar and lukewarm (even when ordering a cold coffee). Otherwise, the quality of the food was great and we had an excellent overall stay here.
