Dugul Ubud

A hidden (literally) gem! The walkway back to this property is easy to miss but it's a magical e perfect that whisks you away from the noise of the busy street and brings you to the quiet courtyard of Dugal Hidden. Surrounded by beautiful statues and shrines, the property boats a convenient clean pool, complimentary breakfast until 11am, and beer and water available until 11pm. It's a great way to be in the middle of the action in Ubud, but feel like you're in a quiet paradise while at your hotel. The owner/staff can also arrange transport and tours depending on availability. Highly recommend!

Room is good. Balcony is there. But they gave 2nd floor room. Staircase is not proper. Safety issue. Chances of slip is there after rain. Plug points are not usual one. No TV is give. No intercom phone.

The location is wonderful and near great coffee at ‘Pure’ however I had to leave the hotel after one night due to strong musty smell and visible mould. I’m allergic so I couldn’t compromise on this topic. I read through the reviews and saw that previous guests were not offered a different room or a refund and as I was on holiday not wishing to enter conflict, I left and stayed at another hotel. In the twin room I was in, my single bed had a deep groove from previous guests meaning that I couldn’t sleep in the middle of the mattress without rolling to the side. I woke up in pain instead of refreshed for my yoga holiday. It was a bummer because the pool was lovely and the vibe and breeze from up high was enjoyable. My friends had a nice time staying there though and would stay again because the aren’t as troubled by mould and their beds were flat.
