Duke Street Apart Hotel

Great location Room was tidy, clean & comfortable. No windows! But very noisy, neighbouring walls are paper thin! Got given an unexpected upgrade ,( more suitable for our age group)! Didn’t sleep a wink as young people either side of our apartment were partying all night! Couldn’t get tv to work, rang reception, got put through to person in charge of building only to be told he’d ring back! NO phone call received!!

Absolutely roasting, not enough beds for people ratio

I can only agree with the previous speakers. The rooms themselves are large and clean. Well located in the heart of Liverpool. When you look at it in detail, you notice that the basic equipment (cutlery, glasses, etc.) is rather dirty and outdated... Furthermore, the apartment really has no ventilation or windows, so we and a group of 5 always opened the door to the room for 2 hours in the evening to get the bad air out. Furthermore, as the previous speaker wrote, you listen to music constantly at night, so I would recommend noise canceling headphones. Conclusion: Definitely sufficient for party groups, as there is good space and a great location and also a great price/performance ratio. But for a family vacation I would look elsewhere with more amenities, better cleanliness, etc.
