I cannot fault this hotel. I stayed there for 2 nights with my family, and everything was just gorgeous. The room was so stylish and clean, the hotel itself is quiet and grand and the staff were 10/10, especially Marie for making our stay there so wonderful. She couldn’t have done more to make us more comfortable and she was just a wonderful human. Thank you so much!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel smells really nice. It’s in a pretty central location so I was able to walk to all of the places I wanted to see in the city. The reception staff are wonderful. So friendly and inviting. They answered all of my questions and were so gracious. The rooms are a nice size and the bed is very comfortable. It is also very quiet. I would stay here again.

Definitely not recommended – a complete disappointment The hotel advertises itself as a four-star facility, but the actual standard falls far below expectations. First of all – there was no information about the need to reserve a parking spot. Upon arrival, I found out there are only 3–4 parking spaces available, and this was never mentioned on Booking.com where I made the reservation. The room equipment is very basic. No bathrobe, no separate towels for hands or face – only one bath towel provided. Guests receive just one key card, which means that once you leave the room, all electricity is turned off. As a business traveler, this was extremely inconvenient – I couldn’t charge my laptop or phone while away. I ordered breakfast for 7:30 AM – which was confirmed earlier. Instead of a warm greeting, an annoyed receptionist brought the tray and complained that breakfast is served from 8:00 AM and she didn’t know who allowed this. Completely unprofessional and rude. As for the food: orange juice was artificial, not freshly squeezed, I ordered a latte and got something that didn’t resemble coffee at all. The salmon was inedible, of the worst possible quality. I asked for scrambled eggs and got soft-boiled ones – and only one teaspoon, meant both for the coffee and the eggs. Shocking. The hotel doesn’t even have a restaurant. I paid for two nights but wanted to cancel the second – it was still early morning. The hotel’s response: no refund possible. I find this to be a form of forcing the guest to stay, which is completely unacceptable. To sum up: this hotel is not worth the money nor its four-star label. Poor organization, lack of basic comfort, zero attention to guest experience. I was forced to stay, but I will definitely never come back.
