Absolutely wonderful. Perfect location. We booked a room with breakfast and spa, which enriched the experience. We went for our honeymoon and received extra gifts which was much appreciated. The hotel is beautiful and it has a peaceful garden. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, as the hotel had its own restaurant and bakery. I tried almost every dish and everything was fantastic. The spa wasn’t busy and the staff was flexible with letting you use it at different times. My only tip would be to upgrade the TVs to smart TVs! Almost nobody uses older TVs and most would like to connect their own device to it. It was a let down that we couldn’t watch a film of our choice.

Stunning hotel!!! We recently stayed three nights at The Duke’s Palace. Our room was spacious, well appointed and looked out over the backyard, which provided us with a stunning view. The staff were friendly and helpful and always ready to provide suggestions on places to visit while in Brugge. Brugge is an exceptional city and we’re so glad we stayed 3 nights so we could leisurely explore all there is to see. Even thought it’s quite pricey, it was well worth the expense. We felt like Royalty!!

I loved this place. It’s probably the most beautiful hotel in Bruges. It used to be a real royal residence, and you can really tell. The outside looks amazing, and the inside is just as nice. The staff were incredibly helpful, both at reception and in the restaurant. I honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Bruges. I came by car, and the parking was easy to use. You can get in and out without any hassle. The only small downside is that there’s no elevator from the garage to the reception. If you’re visiting in the summer, I recommend having a drink in the garden. It’s calm, peaceful, and a great break from the busy city streets. I’ll definitely come back.
