Overall, everything was top-notch. The beach was beautiful and convenient, perfect for relaxing, although it was a bit dirty in some areas. The service at the hotel was good; most staff members were friendly and attentive. I especially want to highlight concierge Lilia — her kindness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always ready to help with any questions and created a feeling of care. Regarding some aspects, the prices at the on-site restaurants were quite high, and the towels in the rooms had small stains. It would be convenient if insect screens were installed on the windows — without them, it was very uncomfortable, especially in the evening. Also, some staff members seemed a bit rude and unfriendly, which slightly dampened the overall impression. The staff at the infinity pool tried to be attentive, and I also want to thank Georgiy, the waiter, for his friendliness and courtesy. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would love to come back here again!

Dukley Hotel & Resort Beautiful location, spacious and comfortable rooms — that’s where the positives end. Service is very poor. Upon arrival, you may be left at the lower gate, and no one will tell you or guide you to the reception — you’ll have to ask around yourself. Breakfast is another story: limited selection, terrible service, orders constantly forgotten, no one offers you a table, and they often bring the wrong items. Seating is limited, so you have to wait. Beaches must be booked in advance (which no one warns you about), otherwise you won’t get in. Beach service is extremely slow — up to 40 minutes for drinks or food. Restaurants are the same: slow service, frequent billing mistakes, and overcharging. If you order steak or fish priced per 100g, you might get 250g on your plate but be charged for 500g. Prices are at the level of the world’s best resorts, but the service quality is low. Value for money: 2/10.
