After a long car ride, booked this hotel last minute. Upon arriving, all the staff were welcoming and helpful. There were a few stairs to bring luggage up. But then we went to their bar. Ashleigh ( hope I spelled her name right) served a cold beer and was so helpful and warm. The rooms were comfortable clean and quiet. The accommodations were great. But the friendly hospitality wanted us to stay.
Well worth the price, rooms are well decorated with modern decor and mordern. Good choice of evening meal and well cooked as was the breakfast. Staff were polite helpful and engaged in conversation. Very happy
This hotel is very nicely updated and comfortable. Our room was very nice and good size. The lounge and dining room are similarly fine . Looks like a wedding venue .Beyond Dumfries House, can’t say too much to recommend Cumnock but the hotel is first rate.
