Duna Relax Hotel Ráckeve

Price/Quality is good. Adult hotel, dogs are allowed. Room (superior double) was nice, a bit used. Small safe and bathrobe, hair dryer, fridge, plus sofa in room. Wellness was fine and stylish, the Finnish sauna coud have been a bit cleaner and warmer but there are more optios like steam, infra, and more. In and outdoor pools were not crowded, a nice and big a outdoor place available for rest. Outdoor giant chess and a small fitness room with some machines are available. Breakfast was perfect, dinner was somewhat OK. Bar is fine, mid-priced, staff was really friendly. Environment is fine, old water mill is in walking distance. For runners: there's a small lake in 2 kms with an outdoor fitness park. Parking is available.

Overall experience is 3.5. The location of the hotel is 5, staff was very helpful, flexible and I really appreciated how they handled our requests (we had our wedding in Ráckeve and booked rooms for our guests) so they deserve 5. But the hotel is old and needs a refreshment/reconstruction. It looks like the design, walls, furniture have seen better days.

All in all we left with a positive experience. But the little things made a big difference in the forefront. Ants and flies were everywhere. there was mold in the pool with tiles and many other little things. It was positive that the staff was very nice and the food was delicious.
