Dune Boutique Hotel located at the party zone

We were there this past month and the beach was full of sargassum but the people and the staff that were there made this vacation a unique experience. The bar tender was awesome! She was very attentive and was on point with the drinks! You were able to feel the alcohol! The drinks were not watered down. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean. The weather is hot! The rooms have working AC units which is amazing! I would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Dune Boutique Hotel Tulum and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, personalized experience. From the moment I arrived, Alex made sure I had everything I needed. Throughout my stay, Cooper, Abraham, Carlos, and Alex were all incredibly attentive and welcoming. They ensured my dietary requirements were met, which I really appreciated. My room was spacious, clean and wel equipped with all the amenities I needed. The pool was a good size and perfect for a quick dip as the sea was filled with seaweed - ( june was terrible timing for those crystal clear waters ) Breakfast was great every day – fresh, and flavorful - They grow their own organic vegetables in a fresh garden on-site. You can really taste the difference in their food. The hotel also offers free yoga classes every morning and if you’re lucky enough to have Veronica as your teacher you are in for a treat. She was absolutely superb. Overall - I had a great experience. The hospitality felt truly personalized - the property was spotlessly clean, and the food was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.

Great experience! The yoga is a must, the breakfast was delicious. Great location in the hotel zone because it's farther from the louder beach clubs. The free bicycles made it even more fun. Alex at the front desk was epic so was Abraham and Michelle. Our servers for breakfast, Marcelle and Carlos were absolutely phenomenal. Get the jugo verde!
