Dune House Hotel and Spa

My daughter and I stayed at this lovely hotel for three days while my Mother was undergoing surgery. The staff are some of the friendliest, most supportive I’ve met anywhere. Everyone remembered about my Mother’s health and wished her well. I was given free restaurant cappuccinos when the lobby machine was down. Guest ambassador Debra sent us a wonderful charcuterie board to our room, and prayers for my mother. So thoughtful. We extended our stay by a day.

Just had an awesome massage at One Ocean! The massage therapist was very attentive to my requests and was very experienced. She was kind and professional. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with a serene ocean view. Can’t wait to return.

I am a Jacksonville native; but, this is my first time back on Holiday with family. I cannot say enough about the friendly staff and perfect amenities. However, this is my first resort experience where there was not a laundry service. This is the difference between 4 and 5-star establishments. But, overall i loved everything about the resort and highly recommend it for short and longer stays. Already, I am planning my next holiday here for an even longer two week stay.
