Rooms were good sized, each with their own balcony. Food was average quality, somewhat repetitive, with a good selection of salad. Very well labelled for allergens. Cleaning service wasn't very good as they didn't refill the shower gel at all during our stay and didn't even empty the bins. Location was perfect, 3 minutes walk from a really good, sandy beach. Service at reception was really good, asked the guy for advice about where to go to buy something for the kids and he told us where to go and how much a typical taxi would charge. At checkout I asked for late checkout as our plane was late that night and even though they said all the rooms were booked they gave us access to the luggage section which had its own bathrooms and shower, and said we have full access to the beach and pool and still gave us a voucher for lunch so all we really missed was dinner.
I had a great experience at this hotel! The entire place was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything looked just like in the pictures. A special thanks goes to the pool staff – especially Ahmed and Ayoub. They were incredibly friendly, always helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed by the pool. Their warm attitude really added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, I can definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future!
Definitely a three star hotel There are many good things about this hotel such as the staff, the bars, the rooms, and the food in the main restaurant. The pools are also good and the beach has very easy access with lots of sunbeds. I also have no complaint about our rooms, they were modern with good facilities, such as the waterfall shower, and were cleaned everyday. However, there are several reminders of this place being a three star hotel. For example, at dinnertime they often run out of plates leaving everyone waiting to be able to get food. This is not the fault of the waiting staff as they are often overwhelmed with the amount of people. This also unfortunately means that service can be quite slow, however is never unfriendly. I do not recommend booking the special restaurants as the food is definitely not better than the main buffet - my brother was served what looked like a microwave pizza in the Italian restaurant! The evening entertainment is not great, but the animation team do their best with what they are given. That said, one of the nights of our stay was Moroccan night and there was a proper evening show which was a lot of fun as they got us all to get up and dance. Another thing is that some of the entertainers, such as the musicians and dancers in the main restaurant, ask for money, despite the hotel being 'all-inclusive'. Overall, the hotel is worth checking out and is good for the money, but be prepared for things to be lacking in some areas because of this. I recommend ordering a mint tea from the bar, as this is made fresh and was always lovely!
