Well maintained home apartments. Located at center of Dubai and easy access to all tourist and business locations. Property have gym and swimming pool also. Breakfast is good, can't say any more words.

The hotel is one of the best value for money you could get. Many thanks to Mr. amit and Ms. Erica for their ever smiling support. Whatever you ask them, they bring in 1 minute. Yes the hotel is little old but there was not a single need for maintenance. Shower head was high quality. Microwave, washer/dryer was all good. I stayed there because i couldn’t go to home due to 16 april flooding. Surprisingly, they didn’t increase their rate. And was the most economical in oud metha area. The gym and pool were all great Do not listen to thankless people who are giving bad review. Of course you can’t compare a 3000 aed hotel with this economical hotel, but it’s great value for money Lastly, i had best croissant of my life! Their breakfast is only 25 aed!!!! Amazing omelette, fresh breads and oh god the refreshing beetroot juice Worth every penny!!

Perfect place to stay. Has got every amenity. Staff are very friendly and are always available for anything that one would need.
