Dunetton self check in hotel

Veryyy nice cute small hotel. I was confused because of the adress since google showed the back of the hotel. Just take this into consideration. In front of the hotel is a free parking lot for 4+3 cars. Self check in was easy. Once you enter you can smell a light "Davidoff Coolwater" every where😀 love that scent! The lights interior , the details in the rooms were splendid. Everywhere everything top clean. nice amenities, perfect towels, complimentary water in the room, quiet, radio in the bath, espresso capsules even with deca coffee 😀alll very good. but this is not the place to find something interesting around by walking. otherwise recommended.

The hotel is quiet and clean but the management is on low level. Doesn’t worth that money. First of all , the check in process was unorganised. One day they forgot to provide the breakfast. Finally on the last morning there was a problem with fire alarm from 6 am till 8 am and when we called the manager she replied in unpleasant way that they already know about it and they are trying to solve the problem. Without any apologising

There is never no one at the reception and if you come there after 10pm be ready to not get inside and get the wrong code or no code sent to you! Food they give is packed like for army when it says 4* hotel! Biggest scam in Klaipeda. Also for the spa you have to pay extra it's not included in the booking! Deffo worth 2* don't know who they paid to have 4* but it's definitely not 4*!! I want my money back!!!
