Had booked in for 2 nights and we had a cozy little room, they even provided me with a heater to use while heating is off as I get very cold, went to shower and water wouldn't heat up so called the owner and within 15 mins they had the hot water working again, they really do put priority of their guests first, thankyou for having us x
Booked in May 2 deluxe family rooms, for 3 adults and 4 kids. We ended up with one deluxe room with 4 beds and 1 double with 2 single, which ment we were 1 BED SHORT! 4 boys aged 13,11,8 and 4 had to cram into a double and single bed pushed together. Wenr down to reception to find out to be told no more vacancies, if i had left it last minute i would understand, but we booked in MAY! The bed I slept in, was awful, I could feel every single spring in the mattress, the bathrooms were grotty with no where near enough towels for the number of us. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING.
Room was dirty ketchup pot stuck under the draw and welded to carpet no heating or hot water in the room even though owner kept saying the heating was on. 4 beds for 5 people was no way a family room deluxe by far! Wouldn’t return here.
