We had a comfortable stay. Hotel is in a nice spot in Venice. Everywhere was walking distance. The staff, especially Alireza, were very helpful. He suggested to take the boat Taxi back to train station on the river which was a great suggestion. Highly recommended!
Really enjoyed the location just away from the biggest crowds. A bit difficult to get to via water taxi due to the gondolas and smaller Rios. The room was comfortable and AC worked extremely well. If important to you, call ahead to ask if your room will have a shower because not all do.
Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and far below what we expected from a 4-star property. The room was poorly maintained. Only two power sockets were functional, and the one near the bed—where it’s most needed—didn’t work, even after we asked for it to be fixed. To make matters worse, the main light switch didn’t function, so we were forced to sleep with the lights on, which was incredibly uncomfortable and disruptive. We also requested two separate blankets, as we don’t like to share one. The staff told us they should be in the wardrobe—except our room didn’t even have a wardrobe. While we did eventually receive the extra blankets, we were surprised that staff were unfamiliar with basic details about the rooms and initially tried to insist we were wrong. Toiletries were completely inadequate. We were provided just one small bottle of shampoo and shower gel for the entire room (for two people), and they were never replenished during our stay. Additionally, there was no vanity kit, which is a basic amenity you’d expect in a hotel of this rating. The toilet was unreliable and barely flushed properly, making it uncomfortable to use throughout the stay. The WiFi was extremely weak and unreliable in our room, making it difficult to do even simple tasks like checking emails or browsing online. Breakfast was a real disappointment—bland food, very limited selection, and poor service. The dining area felt disorganized, with dirty tables and inattentive staff, which made the experience uninviting. The front desk service was consistently slow and unwelcoming. We had to wait several minutes every time just to get our key, and no one ever made an effort to greet us or offer assistance in a friendly manner. Overall, this was a frustrating, uncomfortable, and completely unsatisfactory stay. From poor service and broken facilities to missing amenities and inattentive staff, we were left thoroughly disappointed. We would absolutely not recommend this hotel.
