This is the best service I ever got. First of all this room is wonderful, clean, luxury and in the best location in Milan. I visit is August and the AC didn’t work well because of problem. I told to Lorenzo (that accompanied me for this visit) about the problem. He told me that he sent someone to fix it tomorrow and if I want he could give me other apartment in different location. I decided to move to the other apartment and he even order a taxi and paid about it for me. It is important to note that I asked a lot of questions about Milan and he helped me a lot with any situation. This is called service! Thank you Lorenzo I appreciate you, recommend about HB hall, and will come back at the next time!
