Sooo incredible! The most amazing rooms as central as it gets. Stunning views from the window and rooftop. Staff was so helpful and kind, we couldn’t have asked for more. The perfect stay for your trip to Florence!
My wife and I stayed in the absolutely gorgeous Indian Prince Deluxe King Room and it was an excellent experience. The room has everything you could need, plus it has an amazing design that really comes out in the morning hours when the sun shines through the stained glass window. All of the receptionists were fantastic, but one stood out. Yes, Navy, I'm talking about you. Navy made our stay extra special. She put in an effort to make conversation with us, give us tips, and assist in our wedding photography, lol. Thanks again, Navy. You were great. The location, the rooftop, the reception, the views and the room were all wonderful. Highly recommend.
Nice location beautiful hotel, Emily the concierge is helpful. I would give it a five star if there weren’t so many breakages in the room: broken bathroom fan, broken coffee machine, broken table, and broken safe box. If you don’t mind all these problems, you can book there.
