Duplex Penthouse Aparthotel Rosa

The hotel is wonderfully integrated into the natural area and the entire complex of Terme Olimia. The staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good. Apartment is super spacious and very clean. Disliked · We couldn't enter Sauna world.

Clean and bright very well equipped rooms. Kitchen offers everything one might need, water heater, toaster, microwave, big fridge, etc. Bathroom quite tiny, not much space to place your things, but clean and functional. Very satisfied.

There is an active construction site directly across the apartments, so be ready to be awakened at 6 AM on weekdays to the sounds of hammering, flexing and shouting. For the same reason you are not able to use the balcony much throughout the day. For sure a pity if you book a "penthouse" apartment for your extended family to enjoy. Moreover there were issues with the air conditioning in one of the apartments in our party - first completely disfunctional (no electricity in the outlet it's connected to- not exactly an unforeseen issue), then "fixed" by dragging a large black cable in the middle of the apartment. Only to notice a waterfall coming down from said appliance at 10 PM... Despite all of the discomfort, the only discount offered was 50 euros and waiving the 25 euros high chair booking fee. (High chair: Ikea basic model) In my opinion, the fair thing would have been to be transparent about the construction situation upfront, especially since it is being done by Terme Olimia. If you do choose to rent the rooms directly facing the site, it should have been against a steep discount - you have so little time to enjoy your vacation per year, I for one would have wished to sleep in and enjoy the views of nature.
