One of the best hotel experience i have ever had. Fiona and Bryan are just the perfect host: infinitely kind, respectful, helpful and with so many good tips about dundee. The place is so clean that it is possible to eat on the floor, despite the carpet. The breakfast is tipically scots and homemade, full of marvelous Fiona’s jams. Despite my many food allergies i never have any problems since they are so attentive. The room is adorable, with the curtains and the tea set near the window. I definitely recommend Fiona and Bryan’s house for holidays, if you’re looking for a family vacation.

I booked this B & B primarily because of the reviews, but also for its location as it's so near the city centre you can walk there in a short space of time, and it's easy to park outside on the road. The excellent reviews are totally warranted. We were there for 3 nights. From the moment we crossed the threshold, we were overcome by Fiona and Bryan's hospitality and attention to detail in all aspects of our stay from the food we ate, to the care and concern for our comfort and well-being as I found out when I contacted a painful ear infection during our first night there. I went downstairs at 7am and was greeted first with utter empathy and concern. I was handed Paracetamol by Fiona and given immediate advice about ringing Scotland's 111 NHS Helpline. Thanks to Fiona, I got an appointment at a local hospital that day at 12.30pm and got antibiotic ear drops. I could write a veritable epistle about the facilities of this B & B, but I shall be succinct and say, this is the best place I've ever stayed at and would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to stay here.

Just one word: perfect. A beautiful house with garden constantly cared for by Fiona and Bryan, the lovely owners. Just two en suite rooms, spacious, exquisitely furnished, quiet, cosy and familiar, in which we slept like babies. In the morning, a fantastic Scottish breakfast prepared in the moment - we explored the variant with eggs and salmon: unforgettable! - and an infinite variety of other delicacies topped by the jams and marmalade home-made by Fiona - we couldn't stop eating them on toasts! Simply the best B&B we visited during our 2023 11-days summer tour of north-east Scotland.
