My experience on the hotel was 10/10 the view is amazing the staff their very warm and kind MR. Hisham and Mr. Jad was very supportive and they reflect in front of my foreign wife the positive and kind image of the Lebanese kind people thank you for an amazing service 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really enjoyed my stay at Duroy. The staff is very friendly. I was there for 2 nights, very quiet and clean. Also, the location is key! Close to a lot of restaurants and cafés, like a 5 minutes walk, and by car to Badaro, Mar Mikhael... like 10 to 15 minutes. Highly recommend for a short stay or a visit
Location of hotel is great. Reception personnel especially lady called Diana was very welcoming and she helped us. We came for 5 days and got an upgrade on the room. When we entered the room the smell of smoking was bothering. The card that opens the door of the room always never worked we had to go back to reception to activate it. This was very frustrating especially when holding a newborn. The water in bidet was not working as well but when we advised reception they came on spot and fixed it, next day it was not working as well. Our room had breakfast included, we didn't eat but looking at the selection of items it looks delicious and variety of items is great. I wasn't able to stay last day but wanted to mention that rooms and cleaness of rooms is amazing. Quality of furniture is new and well manitained. Points that need to be improved for a 4 star hotel is at least have the key for the room always opening and not needing to get back with reception. I might not come again but I recommend this place for someone looking for a short stay and not needing too much services. Value of money versus service was good overall.
