From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – Clive the Porter deserves a special mention, nothing was ever too much trouble for him. The bar staff were friendly and attentive, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere every evening. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, plentiful and delicious, setting us up perfectly for the day ahead. Our room was lovely and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A wonderfully run hotel where you’re made to feel truly at home – we can’t wait to return!

We had a great time at Durants. The staff were very professional and friendly, everyone without exception. Rooms a bit basic, but have everything you need, just a bit old fashioned. All clean though. The communal areas of the hotel are very pretty, full of character and history. Lots of areas to sit down and enjoy your drink. Location is also great. There is a very good parking very close by.

We've stayed many times and found so many things to love about the Durrants Hotel. The location is ideal. The public areas are elegant inviting and cozy. The rooms are pleasant clean and very comfortable. We love that we can open windows. The staff is attentive friendly thoughtful and clearly take pride in their work. We appreciate and look forward to the warmth and sincerity of our welcome and send off. The Durrants is one of the last privately owned hotels in London and it's been owned by the same family since 1921. Highly recommended.
